What is the return policy?
There are no returns. My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
🚫 My products are print-on-demand, so all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please read through the Terms and Policies before placing your order so that you can shop with confidence. By placing your order, you understand and agree to these terms.
When will I get my order?
💌 ENVELOPES: Orders usually ship between 1-3 business days. In order to keep shipping costs low, all photos are mailed in an envelope. I assign a third-party tracking number that can be used here: https://parcelsapp.com. You will also receive an email notification regarding this. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. The tracking and delivery status is an estimate, and your order may be marked as "Delivered" before it actually arrives. If this happens, don’t worry—you should receive your order shortly after seeing the "Delivered" notification. If you would like more secure packaging, please upgrade your shipping method.

Where are your products manufactured?
My products are handmade in a smoke-free home. However, I do have a hypoallergenic pup.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
